Returns

Can I return my order?

Yes, you can.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt, provided the following conditions are met:

  • Items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags attached, and in their original packaging as delivered.
  • Items must show no signs of excessive wear, damage, or mishandling, and must be in resalable condition.
  • For hygiene-sensitive items, they must be properly cleaned before initiating the return process.
  • If you received a defective product, you are eligible for a return.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Returns will be processed within 7 business days after we receive your package. If all conditions are met, we will confirm receipt within this period.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returned items if they show signs of use or damage caused by the customer.

⚠️ Important: Once we receive your request, we will provide you with the correct return address. Do not send your return to the sender’s address; wait for our instructions.

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this agreement, provided that your purchase is for personal use and not related to a business or professional activity.

A. CANCELLATION TERMS

Right of Cancellation

The cancellation period lasts for 14 days from the day you (or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier) receive the last item in your order.

Since our order system is fully automated, orders are processed immediately upon confirmation. Once your order has been shipped, we cannot cancel it.

Refunds will be issued only after the goods have been returned. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us via a clear written request (e.g., by email at contact@nudestoronto.com). The withdrawal is completed once we receive the returned goods.

Shipping in Transit

Since our products are shipped from our international warehouses, transit times may vary, and we have no control over shipping delays.

If your package has already been shipped, cancellation is not possible. Please wait until you receive the goods and then return them following our return policy. However, you may notify us in advance about your cancellation.

For the fastest processing of your return, we recommend providing us with shipping confirmation once your return is sent.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, excluding shipping costs (unless the item was defective or damaged upon arrival).

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days from the day we receive both your withdrawal request and the returned goods.
  • The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the initial transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
  • No additional fees will be charged for the refund.
